Treyarch takes control of the Call of Duty franchise, releasing the series’ third title on all three latest-gen systems, as well as the Playstation 2. The "Normandy Breakout," the summer campaign that followed the successes of D-Day, is the main drive of this title. The battles are shown through the eyes of four soldiers, in the US, Canadian, British, and Polish armies.
Scripting is further enhanced, as well as the level design, so players have more options in completing objectives. In multiplayer, a variety of classes and maps are available, as well as the typical match types.
