In the five seconds it took you to read the title of this article and then hit the link, Xbox Live gained a new member. At least that’s what Microsoft is telling us. They’ve also told us at Monday’s press conference that Live’s user base has reached 12 million members, although as usual, MS refused to clarify what percentage of that 12 million are paying Gold subscribers. Now the only thing that remains to be seen is just how receptive those 12 million gamers will be to the new Dashboard interface coming this fall.
