While Rock Band may have beat out Guitar Hero III for “Best Soundtrack” at Spikes VGA’s doesn’t mean that the GH team is giving up on it’s set list. Releasing sometime before the end of the month will be a brand new song pack and four single tracks, one of which will be free. The new tracks are as follows.

Warner/Reprise Track Pack

  • ”No More Sorrow” by Linkin Park
  • “Pretty Handsome Awkward” by The Used
  • “Sleeping Giant” by Mastadon

Single Tracks

  • “We Three Kings” by Steve Ouimette (Free Track)
  • “So Payaso” by Extremoduro
  • “Antisocial” by Trust
  • “Ernten Was Wir Sӓen” by Die Fantastischen Vier

The price point for the Warner/Reprise pack has not yet been announced, but I’m fairly sure that it will be somewhere along the lines of previous content packs for the game. While the release date is has yet to be officially announced, my guess is that the content will be hitting Xbox Live and PSN within the next week.

Most people have complained about the pricing for Guitar Hero content in the past, do you think the same mistake will be made this time around? Sound off in the comments!
